Let's count the rings around my eyes...

I got a really weird e-mail today:

"How old are you? I'm already vegan and I want to have a concrete, simple idea of how nutrition affects aging."

Am I now the litmus test for aging Vegans? *laugh*

    Stumbled across your blog in the middle of an insomniaced night.

    I love this song ... although I miss Peter Buck's guitar in this solo. "Let's count the rings around my eyes" is one of my favorite lyrics ever. And don't you love the energy of this song? I now have to get up and dance around the room.
